When you leave the ferry, turn right and follow the "Old Airport Road". There are lots of signs to help you find your way. From the ferry it's only 1km to the park!

The Hole-in-the-Wall Park offers 100 hectares of nature's splendor. Visitors can explore on foot or by vehicle or mountain bike. You can spend as little as 1.5 hours 'riding/biking' on your own. Add an hour if you're hiking all the way.

Hole-in-the-wall Park & Campground

We offer easy accessibility to our attractions. You can drive/ride 1 km to take a 10 minute hike to the Hole-in-the-Wall and check for seals in the Jubilee weir. Or you can drive/ride directly to Fish Head to check for marine mammals. The vistas of the cliffs around Whale Cove are points of interest to any visitor. You can also drive/ride to within a two minute hike to two Viewing Decks for whales. These are great spots from which you can look down into weirs where the seals often meet for a herring lunch.

Park staff are happy to inform visitors of activities in and around the weirs, as well as whales, sharks and porpoise sightings. We wouldn't want you to miss such an event! They will also inform you when the weirs are being seined so that you can observe these events too.
